In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement at our discretion.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Christopher Novak Consulting provides strategic, advisory, and consultative services only.
While advice, insights, and recommendations are provided in good faith and based on professional experience, no guarantees or warranties are made regarding results, outcomes, performance, revenue, growth, or business success.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Business decisions and implementation remain solely your responsibility
Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including execution, market conditions, internal resources, and third-party actions
Past performance, examples, or case references do not guarantee future results
You agree not to rely on consulting advice as a promise or assurance of any specific outcome.
5. Payments & Refunds
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Fees are payable in accordance with the applicable invoice or agreement
A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins
Fees paid for consulting services rendered are non-refundable
Late payments may be subject to interest or administrative fees, as permitted by applicable law.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public, proprietary, or confidential information exchanged during an engagement as confidential and to use such information solely for the purposes of the engagement.
This obligation survives the completion or termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Christopher Novak Consulting shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or anticipated benefits
Decisions made or actions taken based on consulting advice
Delays or failures caused by third parties, platforms, vendors, or external factors
All consulting services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Third-Party Tools & Links
The website may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, or websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or data practices.
Use of third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including:
